Apart from the theatre in the bow and the largest main dining room aft, all the entertainment, cafes and bars are located across Decks 6, 7 and 8 in a fairly compact area for a 169,116-gross ton cruise ship. Norwegian Encore and her sister ships are beautifully designed, not just in terms of the fit and finish, which is far above the mass market standard, but in terms of the actual layout of the ship. It features a nightly Beatles tribute band that is unequivocally excellent, but arrive early as there’s standing room only by the time you’re belting out ‘Hey Jude’ with everyone else. ![]() And while on the subject, The Cavern Club, shown in the picture above, is one of the best nightlife spots on the ship.
